RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 8th July – Sunday 4th August (“The Dates”) The Radio Station is Heart Yorkshire.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to kindnessyorkshire.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 8th July and close at 23:59 on Sunday 4th August.

4. An entrant must answer the question asked on the competition page to enter.

5. One winner will be chosen at random from correct entries to win the prize.

Eligibility:

6. Entry is restricted to people over 18 years of age

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entrants must be available to feature as part of a post campaign social video. This includes being filmed and speaking on camera. If the winner cannot commit to this the prize cannot be given and a new winner will be selected.

Winner will have 5 days to accept prize via phone or email. Failure to do so will mean the prize is given to a runner up.

In the event of the prize being given to a runner up, the original winner will not receive any consolation prize.
