RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win a day out at the Milky Way Adventure Park’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Tuesday 5th, Tuesday 12th, Tuesday 19th and Tuesday 26th August 2014 on Heart North Devon.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to one of the following beaches and find the Heart Angels. Entry will open at 11:00 and close at 15:00 each day of the competition.:

Westward Ho Beach on Tuesday 5th August 2014
Croyde Beach on Tuesday 12th August 2014
Westward Ho Beach on Tuesday 19th August 2014
TBC on Tuesday 26th August 2014

4.    Entrants will need to register their details with the Heart Angels on the iPads. From the valid entries one winner will be selected at random and contacted using the details they provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond to contact made by Global Radio 28 days after the competition has closed a new winner/s will be selected at random.

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants need to be 18 years of age or older.

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7.    One winner overall will receive (one prize only):

Family annual pass to Milky Way Adventure Park
Digital Camera to the value of £50
Picnic hamper to the value of £100

8.    There is no cash alternative and the prize is non transferable.

9.    Family pass is for two adults & two children.

10.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
