Have You Been Offered Stolen China?

Police are seeking information from anyone who has been offered a large and valuable collection for sale after it was stolen from a house in Potton on Wednesday (April 13).

The set was taken from the house while the owners were out over lunchtime. The front door was forced open. The burglars then searched the house and removed the limited edition antique dinner service, which was in boxes in a sideboard.

The set has great sentimental value to the owners, as the items have been passed down in the family for a number of generations. Also stolen was a Lienzkirch carriage clock worth about £3,500.

Officers are hoping that someone will recognise the distinctive china and call in with information about it so that the set can be reunited with its owners.

Anyone with information can call PC Tom Dobinson at Biggleswade Police Station on 01234 842459, text to 07786 200011 or call Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
