Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
* To manage all financial aspects of the operation and deliver the company budget
* Comply with food hygiene legislation
* Put together, manage and train a core team of staff, to deliver outstanding customer service
* Management of site day to day running, including recruitment and performance management
* Responsible for a core team of 7
You will need to be a proven catering supervisor, used to multi-service operations. You will be familiar with all health and safety regulations and waste, labour and budget management.
