Christmas at the Movies

There is nothing better that settling down to watch a great film at Christmas. From classic hollywood blockbusters to those films that Christmas wouldn't be the same without.

We asked our DJ's which films they love watching at Christmas. See if you agree with their list of films plus you can send us your favourite films by filling in the below form.

Kev from Heart Breakfast picks...

The Polar Express. If you have never seen this 2004 animated film before YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT because it is amazing. My son has it as his favourite ever movie.
Tom Hanks will make you cry.

The Wizard Of Oz
– A must for Christmas.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
– I love to watch this with my kids, and Gene Wilder is better than Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka!

The Great Escape
– Can you believe this film was made in 1963?
I want to be Steve McQueen!

National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
– Chevy Chase is genius.

Weekend presenter Cat James picks...

Love Actually – I loved this from the first time I saw it when it came out in 2003. Just the chaotic love lives of all the couples you can relate to at least one of the characters!

James Bond and Mary Poppins – both are always on tv over the Christmas holidays – and it just doesn’t seem right to watch them at any other time of the year!

And Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer is one Baby Harry is going to be watching for the first time this Christmas!
