Remember remember the 5th of November...

Come along and enjoy all the ooohs and aahhs of this spectacular firework display right in the heart of Cambridge.

When?

This year's fireworks show will be held on Tuesday 5 November, starting at 7.30pm at Midsummer Common.

A bonfire will be lit immediately after the fireworks display.

The Thurston Fun Fair will be open from 6pm to 10pm.

Entry

Entry is free, but donations of at least £1 per person are encouraged.

Please give generously to help keep this great event alive.

Where can I see the fireworks?

The official viewing areas of Midsummer Common and Jesus Green only.

Viewing will not be possible from Elizabeth Way Bridge.

The Midsummer Common side of Elizabeth Way Bridge will be closed to pedestrians for the duration of the display.

Viewing will not be possible from Limekiln Hill, which shall be closed to pedestrians.

Parking

Car parking will be available at the Grafton, Grand Arcade and Queen Anne Terrace car parks.

Parking for disabled people only will be available at Jesus College.

Please allow plenty of time for your journey and arrive early. Where possible, please walk, cycle or use public transport.

Road closures

Victoria Avenue, Trafalgar Road, Trafalgar Street, Fair Street, New Square, Maids Causeway between Four Lamps Roundabout and just west of Brunswick Gardens, Jesus Lane and King’s Street between Four Lamps Roundabout and Manor Street, will be closed between 6.30 to 8.30pm.
