Cambridge Suspect Device - Man Charged

A man has been charged in connection with a suspect device discovered in Cambridge.

Robert Baker, 27, of Toyse Lane, Burwell, has been charged with placing an article with intent to cause a bomb hoax.

He remains in custody at Parkside Police Station and will appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court at 2pm today.

The charge is in connection with an incident in East Road on Monday (September 26th).
