Police have seized around 100 cannabis plants and arrested 5 men after carrying out raids in Willingham.

Officers from Cambridgeshire Police's Rural Community Action Team (RCAT) discovered the plants at three separate addresses in Schole Road yesterday morning (December 6th).

The operation, which also involved officers from HM Revenue and Customs, was targeting the illegal use of fuel but no offences were discovered.

The men, arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis, have been released on police bail to return to Parkside Police Station on 17th January.
