You and a friend will be staying at Sanctum Soho Hotel in one of their stunning superior rooms complete with a four poster bed. Sanctum Soho Hotel is an opulent 30-bedroom boutique hotel converted from two stunning Georgian townhouses, situated in the Heart of London’s vibrant Soho.

Olly Murs will be giving the two of you the chance to hear his brand new album, Never Been Better, before anyone else! But that’s not all, you’ll be hearing these exclusive tracks with Olly himself! Olly will then be joining you for a delicious afternoon tea as you hear his eagerly anticipated fourth album.

You will also be getting a signed copy of Never Been Better from Olly to help you remember this amazing day.

Global’s Make Some Noise Text Competitions, October 2014

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Charities ("Global Charities") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.makesomenoise.com/terms-conditions/ ) apply to the ‘Global’s Make Some Noise Text Competitions’ ("the Competition") which will run on Thursday 9th October (“the Duration”).  
2. The "Radio Station" advertising the competition is Heart Network.
3. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from Global Charities.
Details of the Competition:
4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word OLLY to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rate. If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged. The Text Message Line will open at 4pm on Thursday 9th October (the “Opening Time”) and close at 6:00pm on Thursday 9th October (the “Closing Time”).
5. After entering the Competition, participants will receive a bounceback text message informing them that a voluntary donation to Global’s Make Some Noise (registered charity 1091657 (England & Wales) & SC041475 (Scotland)) of £3 will be taken automatically an hour (60 minutes) after the time the first text was received, unless they reply with the word STOP.  The £3 donation will be taken from the mobile phone used to enter the Competition and 100% of the donation will go to Global’s Make Some Noise.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to donate in order to be eligible for entry to the competition.  Anyone who replies STOP to the first bounceback message and thereby opts out of donating £3 to Global’s Make Some Noise will still be included in the prize draw.
7. After the Closing Time, a random draw will take place of all eligible entries received between the Opening Time and the Closing Time to determine the winner.  All winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air.  If the entrant fails to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.  The producer’s decision is final.
8. The winner will be notified that they have won using the number of the phone that their text entry was sent from. The winner may be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. 
Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

9. You must be over 18 to enter the Competition.
10. Entry is restricted to ten entries per mobile number. Additional entries will not be counted but may still be charged.

11. Prize Contents

- The prize consists of an overnight stay for two people at Sanctum Soho Hotel and a meal with Olly Murs whilst you hear his new album before it is released (date tbc before 24th November 2014). Olly Murs' current dates are 3rd, 13th, 14th, 17th - please be aware that these are subject to change.
- A one night stay at Sanctum Soho Hotel on a B&B basis. All other meals & incidentals to be paid for by the prize winner.
- Prize also includes an afternoon tea for with winners accompanied by Olly Murs, depending on Olly Murs' schedule the timings may change.
- The prize also includes a signed copy of the album which will be sent to you the week of the release (24th November).
- Travel and additional refreshments are not included
- We cannot always inform you of your room type in advance – this will be determined on check-in.
- Availability is likely to be limited during school holidays, public holidays and at weekends.
- At least one member of the group must be over the age of 18.
- Alcohol only available for guests over 18.
- Wheelchair access may be limited or unavailable.
- Severe dietary requirements may lead to changes to the prize, please advise us of any requirements on booking.
- The prize is for a fixed number of guests (as detailed in these Ts & Cs).
- A member of the Global Charities team will/may be present to manage your experience and take photographs for marketing purposes. If you would prefer to remain anonymous or not be included in photographs please discuss your preferences with your contact at Global Charities.
- The artist’s management team and/or other chosen guest may also be present at the event. Filming or photography may be carried out for their purposes.
- The content of the prize may be subject to change and/or substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the date and substitute with another date.
- Due to the nature of prize donations, please be aware that it can take several weeks to confirm dates.
- Not for resale and no cash alternative. This is a charity auction and as such no refunds are given.
