Man Dies After Three Vehicle Crash On A35
A man has died after three vehicles collided on the A35 on Monday evening.
The 49-year-old from Cleveland suffered fatal injuries after two vans and transporter vehicle collided on between Bridport and Dorchetser around 6pm.
A 32-year-old man from Bournemouth was seriously hurt and has been taken to Southampton General for treatment, while a third man - aged 48 and from Wareham - suffered minor injuries.
The road was closed there for nearly 12 hours while police carried out investigation work but reopened on Tuesday morning.
Anyone who saw the crash is asked to contact Dorset Police on the non-emergency 101 number.
