A 17-year-old boy from Turlin Moor has been given a two year ASBO.

It's after he terrorised people living nearby, trespassing on the roof and gardens of sheltered housing accommodation, and being drunk and abusive.

The Order means he is banned from:

* Entering large parts of Goathorn Close in Turlin
  Moor
* Congregating in a group of more than three
* Consuming or possessing alcohol or being drunk
in a public place in Poole
* Causing alarm, distress or harassment to anyone
  in Poole

The teenager, who can't be named for legal reasons, must also be indoors between 22:30 and 06:00.

Ian Cooke from Poole Council, said: "We, and Dorset Police have again demonstrated that we will use the powers available to us to tackle anti-social behaviour in Poole. We take all complaints seriously and will take severe action when appropriate, as the ASBO on this young man demonstrates. Hopefully this youngster will move on with his life and the residents of Turlin Moor will get some respite from his behaviour."

Breaching the ASBO is a criminal offence so if he breaks it, he will be arrested.
