Arrest After Car Crashes Into House

A man's been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after his car crashed into a house near Leighton Buzzard.

Bedfordshire Police and the East of England Ambulance Service were called to Leighton Road in Great Billington just after 8.20am on Sunday 18 December 2011.

Heart's been told the damage to the house was not severe. The man initially refused treatment by paramedics, but was later taken for treatment at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.  He has since been released on bail.
