The police watchdog's investigating after two men from Bedford died while being chased by police in Hertfordshire.
The car the pair were travelling in hit a lamppost at Woolmer Green near Stevenage in the early hours of Friday 2 November 2012.
Hertfordshire Police said Cameron Nimmo, 20, and Karl Spencer, 25, were in a grey Audi A3 that failed to stop for police at Stevenage Leisure Park.

Two other men who were in the car, aged 21 and 26 and both from Bedford, were taken to the Lister Hospital for treatment.
