People Pose As Charity Collectors in Harleston
A young girl and a woman are reported to be knocking on doors pretending to be collecting money for charity.
Police were called to four separate incidents on Monday, in which the females knocked on doors claiming to be collecting for a local charity.
They weren't carrying any ID or a collection tin.
PC Heather Field said: "I would like to speak to anyone with information about these incidents. It is important to remember that genuine charity collectors will carry identification to prove they are from a registered organisation.”
Anyone with information is asked contact PC Heather Field at Norfolk Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
