RULES

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk/termsandconditions/) apply to ‘Christmas Sparkles’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 23rd November, Friday 30th November, Friday 7th December and Friday 14th December 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart East Anglia.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the Heart Breakfast show on Friday 23rd November, Friday 30th November, Friday 7th December and Friday 14th December 2012 and identify the disguised word in the Christmas Sparkles game. Then text their name and location 82122 starting the text with the word ANGLIA (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.     A contestant will be chosen at random and called back to play on-air. The winner will be the caller that correctly identifies the disguised word. In the event that a contestant cannot be reached (say if their phone is switched off or other technical issue) the Producer reserves the right to draw another contestant and the first contestant may forfeit their right to play. If the first caller does not win, the game may be re-set with another player at the Producer's discretion.

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants must be 18 or over

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed

7.    Winners are excluded from future Christmas Sparkles games

Prize:

8.     A £250 Bradley Hatch voucher per round.  Valid for 12months The store’s range can be viewed at www.bradleyhatch.com. The voucher can only be redeemed in-store at Tunstead Road, Wroxham, Norwich Norfolk NR12 8QG

9.     Heart is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the on air/on-line coverage and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Bradley Hatch Jewellers, Wroxham NR12 8QG
