Galloway Travel Disney Rules

Galloway Disneyland® Paris
Heart East Anglia & Heart Colchester
December 2014 – January 2015
RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Heart East Anglia & Heart Colchester’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 26th December 2014 to Thursday 8th January 2015 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart East Anglia & Heart Colchester.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Friday 26th December 2014 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 8th January 2015.

4.    Entrants must register their details at heart.co.uk and answer a competition question correctly to go into the random draw.

5.     The winner will be drawn on Friday 9th January 2014 and notified by telephone

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport and live in either Norfolk, Suffolk or Colchester.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

8.    Entry is not open to employees of Heart, Galloway or The Walt Disney Company or their close family members and the prize is not transferable.

Prize:

9.   
3 nights for a family of four to Disneyland Paris that includes the following:


• 3 night stay at either the Newport Bay Club or Sequoia Lodge hotels (subject to availability)

• 3 day Park Hopper tickets that will give family access to both parks

• Continental breakfast (provided by Disney)
Half Board meal plan (provided by Galloway)

10.  Restrictions:
 There must be at least one adult over 18 in the party.

11.  The prize has to be taken by 30th September 2015 and is subject to availability

12.  The prize includes travel by coach with Galloway on 21st June 2015 or 27th September 2015 or a Eurotunnel ticket for one car if not travelling with Galloway, this is subject to availability.

13.   All additional extras such as phone calls from the hotel room, room service charges and merchandise purchased are payable by the guests/winners
