Heart East Anglia: Sundown Festival Drive Competition

Full terms and conditions for the Sundown Festival drivetime competition on Heart East Anglia (July, 2014)

RULES

1.   The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Sundown Festival Ticket Giveaway’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run Monday 21 July to Friday 25 July on Heart East Anglia.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen for an audio clue played during a designated hour in Drive time as specified on-air by the presenter. 

4.    On hearing it entrants must send a text message starting with GIG to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. All entrants will go into a random draw. Texts received after the closing time will not be counted.

5.     One entrant will be drawn at random as that day's winner from all correct entries and invited to appear on-air each day. It is not a condition of winning that this contestant appears on-air.

Eligibility:

6.     Entrants must be 18 or over

7.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.   2 x VIP tickets to the Sundown Festival on 30th/31st August, Norfolk Showground. No travel arrangements, food or refreshments is included. Neither the promoter nor Heart can guarantee the VIP area will provide access to celebrities. Anyone over the age of 5 years is allowed in the VIP area but must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

9.     Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
