• The prize consists of; a Marc Jacobs handbag from Cruise, a £100 Next Gift Card, a Decleor facial at John Lewis, a night out for all the family at the Showcase Cinema Deluxe (Family ticket, popcorn, drinks and a meal in Studio One), a luxury hamper from Kona Blue, a meal for four at the Handmade Burger Company, a gift box of luxury pampering products from Rituals.
• All completed entry forms to be handed back to the Heart Angels by Sunday 5 December at Highcross. 
• Closing date for entries is Sunday 5 December at 3pm or whenever the competition is deemed to have closed prior to this point. 
• The winner will be the entrant who correctly guesses how long it will take for the ice to melt so that the object within it is released.  Should no-one guess the exact time, the winner will be the entrant whose guess was closest to that time without exceeding it.
• The winner will be picked on Sunday 5 December and announced on the Breakfast show on Monday December 6
• The winner will also be informed by telephone or letter if we are unable to reach them on Monday December 6.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable 
• Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. 
• The winner must contact Heart 106 within 28 days of being notified to claim the prize otherwise the prize will be void. 
• The winner will be responsible for collecting their prize from the Management Suite of Highcross, Leicester prior to the close of business on 24 December 2010. 
• The carrier reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion and without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event. 
• This promotion is governed by English Law.
