Basildon: Efit Released After House Burgled

An efit image has been released of a man Essex Police want to speak to after a house was burgled and a car stolen in Basildon.

The incident happened sometime between 2.30am and 8.30am on Monday, January 16th, at a home in the St Nicholas Lane area of the town.

While in the house, the suspect took a set of keys and is then thought to have stolen a blue Ford Focus which was parked outside.

The offender is described as being in his late 20s or early 30s, white, slim build, with very short light brown hair. He had a weathered looking complexion, was approximately 6ft tall and was wearing a black and white hooded top and ¾ length parka jacket.
