An inquest has ruled the death of a four month old baby after a dog attack in Colchester was an accident.
Colchester Murder Victim Stabbed 16 Times
Police in Colchester have confirmed 31 year old Nahid Almanea was stabbed 16 times.
She was killed on the Greenstead estate on Tuesday morning.
The Saudi Arabian student was living with her brother at an address on Woodrow Way and they regularly walked together to University.
On Tuesday her brother's lectures started earlier so she was walking on her own.
Police have released CCTV of a woman they believe to be Nahid walking near the shops in Hunwicke Road.
Police have also released of a picture of bag that Nahid was carrying at the time she was murdered.
It was a distinctive black and orange shoulder bag with the logo "Activ" on it.
They also want to hear from anyone who thinks they saw Nahid making her way down to the Salary Brook Trail where she was murdered.
At the time she was wearing a dark navy blue full length robe, called an Abaya, and a patterned multi-coloured headscarf, known as a Hijab and the bag. Nahid is 5ft 4in tall, and was of medium build.
Essex police have released a 52 year old man from Colchester after eliminating him from their investigation.
