These are the terms and conditions that relate to the distribution of Listen & Win Cards across Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants. We distribute these are major events, and if we read your number out on Heart Breakfast the following Monday, you can win £200

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to our ‘Listen & Win Cards’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from June 1st 2013 to 31st December 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Four Counties.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. Listen and Win Cards will be distributed free of charge at a variety of free events attended by Heart Four Counties between June 1st 2013 and December 31st 2014. The Presenters will advertise these events on-air, in advance, and make listeners aware that The Heart Angels will be giving out Listen and Win Cards. Each Listen and Win Card contains a unique reference number.,
  2. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Heart Breakfast, on Heart Four Counties at 08.20 on the Monday following each event we have attended. This will be advised when the Listen and Card is distributed. One unique reference number will be selected at random from all those distrusted at the event, and read out on air. The holder of that Listen & Card then has half an hour to contact the Studio on 0345 481 077 to claim their prize. Calls received after this time will not be accepted.
  3. The winner will be announced on air.

Eligibility:

  1. All entrants must be UK residents and 18 years or over.
  2. One Listen and Win Card per person.

Prize:

      1.   The winner will each receive a cheque for £200.00
