Cheltenham: Man Charged In Connection With Fatal Collision

A man has been charged by police in connection to a collision on the Bath Road in Cheltenham, in which a 19 year old woman died.

Katie Clutterbuck passed away in Frenchay Hospital following the collision, which happened at around 12:40am on Sunday September 15.

67 year old Lance Hepworth, of Penrith Close in Cheltenham, has been charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention. 

He apeared in court on Friday and has been bailed to appear at Stroud Magistrates Court on Monday January 6.
