Three injured on the A417

Three people have been injured after a collision with a car on the A417.

It happened at around 4.35am on Friday shortly before the junction for Hiams Lane in Hartpury and involved a white Ford Fiesta.

One of the pedestrians, a 19-year-old man from Tibberton was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital where he is being treated for injuries, which are not considered to be life threatening.

The two other pedestrians suffered minor injuries.

Officers investigating the collision are eager to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the vehicle or the pedestrians in the area in the early hours of this morning.
