RULES

1. The following rules together with Global Radio’s general and competition terms and conditions, which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to 'Pork Balls' radio competition, which will run from September 2012. The "Radio Station" is Heart Gloucestershire.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant will have to register online at heart.co.uk or call the studio on 01452 331024 when the presenter invites people to call to take part.

4. Entrants will be chosen by Heart and taken to air to play. The entrant must guess which number the Pork Balls are on the menu of a randomly selected Chinese Takeaway.

5. If the listener guesses the correct number on the menu, they will win a Chinese takeaway.

Prize

1 x Chinese takeaway

Prize Terms & conditions: 

Only one entry per person and per household is allowed.  Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non transferable.

If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
