The interview, however didn't go quite to plan when Producer Lauren tries to offer herself as his new producer and mentions that they could become best friends!

Yesterday, Warren and Lauren also went off to The Eastgate Shopping Centre in Gloucester to try and sell their Marshfield Bakery products. 

It was Warren's red berry flapjack vs. Lauren's Ginger chocolate brownie to see who could sell the most for the Have a Heart appeal.

This morning we had a surprise caller in on the show - Ben from Marshfield Bakery - who has decided to set Warren and Producer Lauren a challenge to come down to the Factory and each attempt to bake their own product and then will have to see who can sell their product the quickest! 

All the proceeds will be proceeds will be going to the Have a Heart - Bake a Wish appeal!

This year for our 'Have a Heart' appeal we want you to get involved with our 'Bake a Wish' appeal by getting in the kitchen and cooking up some tasty treats to sell at work and school and raise money to make sick children's wishes come true. 

We spoke to Masterchef's John Torode to get some useful tips so that even the world's most dreadful cook get get in the kitchen and attempt to bake something.

Wednesday 16th January - Challenge to eat 150oz. steak 

The Duck Inn in Redditch has challenged diners with world's largest cut of beef weighing 150oz. 

The huge rump steak is 12 inches wide, 12 inches long, a further four inches thick and takes over two hours to cook medium rare.

Brave diners have been invited to take on the 'high-steaks' challenge and polish off the jumbo slab of meat, along with a portion of chips and onion rings. The locally-sourced steak is almost ten times larger than the standard 16oz they previously offered customers.

Anyone who manages to scoff the steak in under an hour gets the £110 meal on the house.

The choice of CD for a long car journey has long been the cause of family friction. But new research has revealed that which song drivers listen to can even influence how safe they are on the roads… and some of them won’t be quite what you expect.

Monday 14th January - Golden Globe awards 

It was an eventful night last night for the Golden Globe awards, so Warren had Charlie on to hear all the showbiz gossip. 

ADELE bagged the Best Song gong - and in typical Adele style promptly swore in the acceptance speech.

Daniel Day-Lewis picked up the award for Best Actor in a Motion Picture for the Stephen Spielberg biopic, Lincoln, in which he plays the American president.

Dame Maggie Smith was named Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series for her role as the acerbic matriarch in Downton Abbey, but was not at the ceremony to collect it.

Silver Linings Playbook star Jennifer Lawrence won Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy.

Homeland actor Damian Lewis, scooped the Best Actor in a TV Series award. His co-star, Clare Danes, beat Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery to the Best TV Actress gong, and the show also won best TV series.

Anne Hathaway was named Best Supporting Actress for her role in Les Miserables. Whilst Hugh Jackman picked up the Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical trophy.

Thursday 10th January - Heart speaks to Dustin Hoffman 

On this morning's show Warren spoke to Charlie about Dustin Hoffman's new film 'Quartet' and instead of acting in the opera-based film he is finally making his directing debut. 

We hear how he swapped from being in front of the camera to behind the camera, and how he found managing big names such as Maggie Smith and Billy Connolly. 

The screenplay centers on opera diva Jean Horton (Smith), who arrives disgruntled at the retirement home and is asked to relive her career by singing with her former stage partners (Connolly, Tom Courtenay and Pauline Collins) at an annual fundraising concert. The movie's themes about pursuing life — and art — despite the unrelenting march of time spoke directly to Hoffman.

The film follows a 16 year-old Indian boy's passage to a new life in America aboard a freighter ends in a shipwreck in the Pacific. He is left to fend for himself on a life raft with an orangutan, a zebra, a hyena and a Bengal tiger.

On this morning's show Warren was a little bit distraught to hear the news that Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the polar explorer, is attempting the impossible as he prepares to embark on the first ever trek on foot across the Antarctica in Wintertime. 

The very dangerous mission faces “unpredictable” risks including the possibility of lungs bursting and the welding on the tracks of their vehicles being damaged because of the extreme cold.
