RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘TGI Fridays’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4 to Friday 8 August 2014 on Heart Gloucestershire.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Heart Drivetime and call 01452 331024 when the song cue is played. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4.    All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5.    A caller will be randomly selected and taken to air to win the daily prize.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person.

Prize:

8.    Between the dates of Monday 4 and Thursday 7 August 2014, daily winners will each receive £75 of Gloucester Quays shopping vouchers.

9.    On Friday 8 August 2014, the winner will receive a meal for 6 people plus a Master Bartender Experience for 6 people. Dining experience worth up to value of £250, cannot be redeemed with any other offer, Gloucester Quays restaurant only, Winner will need to give Gloucester Quays two weeks’ notice before redeeming the prize. This prize can only be used between Monday – Thursday and is not valid Friday to Sunday.

10.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
