Swallows Angel Activity on Heart Kent,
Saturday 6th September 2014
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/kent/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Swallows Angel Activity’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 6th September on Heart Kent.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Swallows Leisure Centre, Sittingbourne and find the Heart Angels on Saturday 6th September 2014. Entry will open at 10am and close at 2pm.
4. Entrants will need to fill in an entry form and take part in the Winning Whirlwind, which is an inflatable pod through which vouchers and air is blown while the entrant is inside.
5. Entrants must be a minimum of six years of age. Under 18s must be supervised by a parent or guardian and have parental/guardian consent to participate.
6. Anyone appearing under the age of 18 may be asked for ID. If you do not have ID, you may be refused entry.
7. The contestant must fill in an entry form with their details, enter the prize grabber and grab as many hearts as possible in an allocated time (30 seconds).
8. At the end of the time, the Heart Angels will total the number of hearts collected and keep a score .
9. At the end of the day, the two contestants’ that have grabbed the highest number of hearts will win the prize
.
Winning Whirlwind
10. Only one person at a time can be in the Winning Whirlwind.
11. Heart reserves the right to ask you to remove any clothing that might be used to store prize vouchers called “Hearts” (i.e. clothing with pockets, zip-up tops).
12. The process for taking part is as follows:
¥ You must remove your shoes when entering the Winning Whirlwind and wear the protective eyewear provided.
¥ Stand in the Winning Whirlwind with your back to the blower.
¥ You have 30 seconds to grab in your hands as many Hearts as you can.
¥ You must NOT block the blower or pick any Hearts off of the inside of the chamber walls or floor, doing so will result in immediate disqualification.
¥ You must not place Hearts upon your person or clothes i.e. pockets, inside top etc doing so will result in immediate disqualification.
¥ At the end of the 30 seconds the Heart Angels will ask you to empty the contents of your hands into a bucket and this will be the number of Hearts you have scored.
Whirlwind Eligibility:
13. Entrants must be a minimum of six years of age. Under 18s must be supervised by parent or guardian and have parental/guardian consent to participate. To win the prize the entrants must be over 16.
14. Entrants must be in good health
15. The Winning Whirlwind should not be used by any member of the public who:
¥ is recovering from any injuries;
¥ suffers from heart or back problems;
¥ suffers from epilepsy;
¥ is pregnant;
16. Entrants must not have recently consumed alcohol or any other intoxicating substances. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of intoxicating substances may be refused entry and such decisions will be at the sole discretion of the Radio Station
Eligibility:
17. Entrants for the competition must be aged 16 or over.
18. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
19. 2 x 6 month gym memberships.
20. Each membership includes:
• Unlimited Swimming * Subject to pool timetable
• Unlimited use of all Gym area’s – Induction & personal programme included
• Unlimited use of all Workout classes (over 50 classes per week)
21. Minimum age requirement for prize memberships is 16yrs +
22. Induction and completion of medical questionnaire must be completed before undertaking exercise.

24. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
