‘Get Your Skates On’ on Heart Kent, November 2014

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/kent/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Get Your Skates On’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 28th November 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Kent.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

3.1.  Listen out for the Presenters to mention a ‘Keyword’ during the Breakfast show (between 6:00am – 10:00am).

3.2.  Once the ’Keyword’ has been announce, listeners have 30 seconds to text the ‘keyword’ to 82122.

3.3.  Lines will close after 30 seconds and five people will be selected at random from all correct entries and will each win the ‘prize bundle’ (see section 7: Prize for prize details).

3.4.  Entrants must listen to the Breakfast Show on Friday 28th November 2014 for competition opening and closing times.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrant must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Entrant must be a UK Resident.
  3. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

  1. 7.     Prize Bundle (Each of our 5 winners will win the following Prize Bundle).

7.1.  4 x Tickets to the Ice Rink in Tunbridge Wells

7.2.  4 x Tickets to see Peter Pan at the Assembly Hall Theatre.

7.3.  1 x £50 voucher for The Barn Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells.

  1. Ice Rink and Pantomime tickets cannot be redeemed on the following dates:
  • 24th December 2014
  • 26th December 2014
  • 1st January 2015.

8.1.  Vouchers for The Barn must be pre-booked with The Barn direct.

8.2.  Winners will be contacted directly to arrange a date to redeem Ice Rink and Pantomime prizes.

8.3.  Prize cannot be exchanged.

8.4.  Global reserves the right to substitute prize.
