Brooke Kinsella criticises government

Government knife crime adviser, Brooke Kinsella, says she feels let down by the Justice Secretary Ken Clarke for letting young people avoid jail for knife offences.

Anyone over 18 can be jailed for threatening someone with a knife

Brooke, who's 16 year old brother Ben was killed in Holloway in 2008, has told The Sun the policy should also apply to younger teenagers.
