An international gang conned people out of 10 million pounds in a "ponzi" fraud scheme in London, it's emerged today.
Victims paid out thousands of pounds, wrongly believing they'd get back a profit from joining the scheme.
The court heard how police began an investigation back in 2005 after reports that people had been duped out of huge amounts of money, often their life savings.
