Olympic Security Breached Again

There's been a second security breach at the Olympic Park in Stratford - as testing continues before the Games

A lorry carrying 20 kilos of potential explosive fertiliser was waved through by the sniffer dog team, but was stopped later by a manual search.

It comes days after it was revealed claims a fake bomb made it through all checks.

LOCOG, the organising committee for the Olympics, who run the Stratford site since the official handover on Monday, refused to comment on when this happened but have told LBC 97.3 they're 'rigorously and regularly' testing security to ensure a safe and secure Games.

Their statement read: "We test rigorously and regularly, and in a number of ways, to ensure we will deliver a safe and secure Games.  We do not comment on the nature or timings of these tests."
