Peace protesters camping out in Parliament Square have lost their legal battle against eviction.

They went to the Court of Appeal to challenge eviction orders given to Mayor Boris Johnson, arguing he didn't own the land so didn't have the power to move them on.

But Appeal judges have dismissed that.

The demonstrators in the so called Democracy Village and their tents and even a boat will now have to leave.
