Westminster parking changes voted in

Westminster Council's voted for the biggest shake-up of parking rules for a decade.

It means charging in some places on a Sunday.

The Council says the changes will come into force by December and will help keep traffic moving.

Londoners have been telling London's Heart they reckon it's just another way of the council cashing in.
