RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘First Capital Connect and Nectar Competition’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 16th April 2014 to 25th April 2014 on Heart London (the “Radio Station”).

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/london/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01am on 16th April 2014 and close at 23:59pm on 25th April 2014.

4.     Entrants are required to answer a question and enter their contact details to be in with a chance to win a pair of iPads.

5.     A winner will be selected at random from all the correct entrants. The winner will be contacted via telephone within 7 days of the competition end date.

 Eligibility:

6.     Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

7.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

8.     The prize is two 32GB iPad Minis with retina display.

9.     Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.

10.  All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days of the contact

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
