RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Harvey Nichols FashionEasta radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 14th April to 17th April 2014. The radio station is Heart London.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio (the “Telephone Line”) as directed by the on air presenter. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4. All entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
5. The presenters will ask a question and invite listeners to call in if they know the answer. From all the calls received, one is selected at random and brought to air. If they get the question right, they get to play. If not, we’ll randomly select another caller.
6. For getting the answer right, they win £500 to spend on fashion at Harvey Nichols. They then are offered the chance to play the changing room game to try and win a bigger prize. If they don’t decide to play, they keep the £500. If they do decide to play, they will be offered 3 ‘changing rooms’ with three different outcomes and they must select one. We will reveal what is behind their chosen curtain. There will be a choice of £500, £2,000 or nothing and the caller will win that corresponding amount of money to spend on fashion at Harvey Nichols.
7. Should the entrant discover there’s nothing’ behind their chosen ‘curtain’ then that entrant will forfeit the initial £500 they won (for answering the question correct). As there is a prize fund of £2,000 per day, whatever is left over will be rolled over into the next day.
8. Prior to each competition round, the Executive Breakfast Producer will randomly determine what is behind each ‘curtain’

9. Entrants must be over 18 to enter this competition.
10. Multiple entries are permitted – you can enter as many times as you like.
Prize:
11. There is an £8000 prize fund for the Harvey Nichols Fashion Spree competition which will be given away between April 14th and 17th 2014. The highest prize fund available each day will be announced by the presenters
12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
13. ‘Won value’ will depend on what door they choose when live on air. Harvey Nichols will contact the winner to arrange a convenient time to come in store for a Fashion shopping spree for the ‘won value’.
The listener will meet with the Harvey Nichols Style Advisor team for their fashion shopping spree at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge
Winner to receive ‘won value’ to spend on full price merchandise only at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge on own-bought Fashion and/or Accessories in store.
The winner must spend their full amount in a single visit to the store,
where they will be accompanied by a style advisor.
The total amount of ’won value’ must be redeemed; if the amount
redeemed is below ‘won value’ that remaining amount will be
forfeited and will not be refunded.
If the total amount redeemed is above ‘won value’ the customer
will be asked to settle the difference by Harvey Nichols Account
Card, cash, cheque, credit or debit card.
This prize is non-transferable.
The ‘won value’ shopping spree must be redeemed within six months of the winner being notified and is only valid in Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge.
