RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ apply to Dynamo radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 1st September 2014 to Friday 5th September 2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart London
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word “card” and their answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. When prompted by the presenter listeners must text in the name of the card they think the presenter is holding up. Each morning a winner will be selected by random from all correct entries and contacted by phone and brought to air.
5. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
8. There are 5 prize packages to be won (each a “Prize”). 5 winners will be allocated one Prize each. Each Prize includes the following:
· 1 x Sky’s full TV package consisting of:
· Sky+HD box
· Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);
· 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s full TV package
· 1 x trip to Paris for 2 people including:
· Return flights from London to Paris
· Return shuttle transfers from airport to hotel
· 2 nights’ accommodation in a 4* Hotel- twin/double room with breakfast
· Travel insurance
The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)
The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
a) If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After your 12 months' free viewing, unless you cancel or change your package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in your Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. You will need Sky professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If you need a minidish you will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky customers will receive Sky’s top TV package free for 12 months, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box. Sky will contact you to arrange installation of the your Prize. You must redeem their Prize within one year. Failure to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize. If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky, you will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
b) Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
c) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.d)

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
9. Paris trip:
· 8 weeks’ notice required by winner and guest to secure travel arrangements
· Flights include hand baggage only
· Trip cannot be taken over school holidays, Easter Sunday 2015, UK Bank holidays, 12 to 17 February 2015 and are valid for travel until 1 October 2015
