RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/london/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the Walt Disney World Florida family holiday’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 13th May to Friday 17th May 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart London
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must do the following:
4. Listen between 16:00 and 19:00 Monday 13th May 2013 through to Friday 17th 2013
5. When directed by the presenter/s, entrants must text in to 82122, which challenge, from the options given, they would prefer to hear in full. Keywords will be given out on air by the presenter
6. The presenter/s will tell listeners when the lines are closed
7. The presenter/s will then play the audio of the experience that received the highest amount of texts
8. Heart will then randomly select a winner from all of the texts received for the audio played
9. Entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random
Eligibility:
10. Winners must be 18 years or older, and have a valid passport and be eligible to travel to the USA.
11. UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America.
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Disney shall be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise herein), for the following:
Prize per winner
Four (4) round trip economy air fares between the major international airport closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express.
Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
Four (4) 8-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® & Water Parks, Fun & More Options.
NOTE: Items that are not included as part of the winning vacation package(s) are:

Hotel room service
Laundry service
Alcoholic beverages
Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
Local and long distance telephone calls
Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
All other charges and items not otherwise described above
Winning holiday package rules include, but are not limited to:

Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Travel dates which are blocked out are listed below:

Holiday package is for the winner of the prize draw and three (3) guests of the winner's choosing.
Holiday package and holiday package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Holiday package is not redeemable for cash.
Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.
