RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/apply to ‘Royal Caribbean’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 22nd September- 26th September (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart London.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. Entrants will hear two presenters talking about inventions. Entrants must guess which of the two presenters is talking about a genuine invention.
4. A genuine invention is defined as an invention that has photographic proof of having been produced and is widely searchable and documented by internet search engine google.
5. To enter the on air competition an entrant must call the number stated by the presenter.
6. One caller will be randomly selected.
7. Entrants who are selected will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
8. If the entrant correctly guesses the answer, they will be declared the winner.
Eligibility.
9. Entrants must be 21 years or over. To travel, adults must be over the age of 21 and children over the age of 5 (and accompanied by an adult over the age of 21).
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
11. Winners must be available to travel on the 31st October 2014 from Southampton.
On air Prize:
12. One winner per day will receive a weekend VIP 2 night exclusive sailing of Quantum of the Seas departing Southampton on 31st October 2014 for 2 adults of 21 years of age + and 2 children of 5 years of age +.
13. Each winner will also receve £500 cash, paid in the form of a cheque.
14. Winners understand and agree that their contact details will be shared with Royal Caribbean International for the purpose of allowing Royal Caribbean International to make contact with winners to fulfil the prize. Winners will be contacted within 7 days of receipt by Royal Caribbean International of winners contact details by email and/or telephone.
15. The prize entitles the winner and three other persons travelling together (at least two adults of 21 years of age or older) to two x 2 berth balcony staterooms on-board Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas. Children of 5 years and under are not permitted onboard this sailing.
16. The prize does not include air transfers to Southampton, spa treatments, laundry, casino, onboard shopping or anything else not expressly stated to be included as part of the prize.
17. The prize includes all meals and onboard drinks: wine by the glass, beer, spirits, soft drinks, teas, coffees etc. Premium alcohol brands are not included. All meals in any of below complimentary restaurants will be included:

American Icon - Classic American fare with a modern twist
Chic - Contemporary Cuisine
Windjammer Marketplace buffet restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner

18. Travel insurance must be purchased before travel. Winner is required to ensure all passengers are adequately insured and Royal Caribbean International shall have a right to see evidence of such insurance.
19. Winner understands that it is a condition that permission to embark the ship is subject to compliance with Royal Caribbean International’s booking conditions (as applicable) as this contains important information relating to, but not limited to, applicable passport and visa requirements, guest conduct and specific information relating to passengers that are classed as minors, are pregnant and those that have medical conditions. Booking conditions are available at http://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/terms-and-conditions or by writing to Royal Caribbean International at the address set out above. Winner agrees to read said terms and conditions and make winner’s group aware of the same prior to travel.
20. The prize has no cash value and it cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
21. Once the winner has indicated the other persons travelling with the winner and the booking has been confirmed by Royal Caribbean International, changes to the names, dates or nature of the booking shall not be permitted.
22. This competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of Royal Caribbean International or any sister, parent or group company or any agencies, affiliates or associates of the aforementioned. Anyone else associated either directly or indirectly with this promotion shall not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
23. Winner must supply all details of all guests by Thursday 3rd October. Details required are full names as detailed in passport, passport number, start & expiry dates of passports, place of issue, nationality and date of birth
24. It shall be a condition of entry and eligibility to receive this prize that winner agrees to participate in publicity relating to this competition.
25. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
