RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘P&O Cruises’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September 2014 on Heart London (the “Radio Station”). Global is the Promoter.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0345 605 1062 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4. The presenter/s will ask entrants to play ‘Cruise or Lose with P&O Cruises’, a randomly selected entrant each day will be taken to air.

5. Each day the presenter/s will ask the entrant to answer all three questions.

6. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

7. If the entrant fails to answer all three questions correct, the entrant will not win and Heart will chose another randomly selected entrant  until someone answers all three questions correctly to win.

4. The presenter/s will ask entrants to play ‘Cruise or Lose with P&O Cruises’ The first randomly selected entrant each day will be taken to air and asked three questions.

5. Each day three questions will be read out on air.  The presenter/s will ask listeners to answers all three questions.

6. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

7. If the entrant fails to answer all three questions correct, the entrant will not win and Heart will chose another randomly selected winner until the entrant answers all three questions correctly to win.

Eligibility:

8. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

9. Entry is restricted to UK residents only

10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

11. Entrants must either have a valid passport or be able to obtain one before time of travel.

Prize - Saturday 20th September:

  • Four Night Cruise for two people staying in an inside cabin

  • Cruise is Oriana X424 travelling from Southampton to Antwerp, Bruges then back to Southampton

  • Cruise departs from Southampton on 23rd October 2014

  • £250 Spending Money in the form of a cheque.

  • Entrants must be available to travel on 23rd October 2014.

  • Prize is non transferable or refundable.

  • Prize includes accommodation, on-board main meals (excluding speciality restaurants in which a cover charge will apply), entertainment and most facilities on board.

  • Prize does not include transportation to/from the port, travel insurance, excursions, luggage fees and personal expenses.

  • Winners will be bound by P&O Booking terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.pocruises.com/legalbooking

Prize - Sunday 21st September:

  • Four Night Cruise for two people staying in an inside cabin

  • Cruise is Oriana X426 travelling from Southampton to Cherbourg, Bruges then back to Southampton

  • Cruise departs from Southampton on 6th November 2014

  • £250 Spending Money in the form of a cheque.

  • Entrants must be available to travel on 6th November 2014.

  • Prize is non transferable or refundable.

  • Prize includes accommodation, on-board main meals (excluding speciality restaurants in which a cover charge will apply), entertainment and most facilities on board.
