Penguin Beach Launch (on-air competition) on Heart London, May 2011
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to Penguin Beach Launch (on-air) radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd May 2011 to Friday 27th May 2011(“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart London.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4.    Each day we will be asking listeners to identify what song is being played at the Penguin Pool party at Penguin Beach – the new exhibit at London Zoo.  Listeners will be invited to call in and identify the Heart song that is being played under the sound effects to win the daily prize of a Penguin Encounter for 6 people which includes a visit to the zoo, meeting with the Penguin keepers.  

5.    A caller will be selected at random at the time directed by the presenter.

6.    Winners will be told on-air if they have won, and then will receive a letter from Heart to confirm this with details of how to redeem their prize.

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be over 18 years old
One entry per person

Prize:
Daily Prize: each day the prize will be a VIP family Penguin Encounter for 6 people where you get up-close with penguins on the beach at ZSL London Zoo and meet their keepers, includes free entry into the zoo.

The encounter is for up to 6 people, all participants need to be over 3-years old. These Penguin encounters will not be available till after June 30th 2011.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/london/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00.01 Wednesday 18th May 2011 and close at 11:59 Wednesday 25th May 2011.
4.    Each entrant should tell us what they would like to call the Penguin and why in 250 characters or less.

5.    A panel of staff from Heart and London Zoo will select a winner based on the name choice and their reason given. The panel will be looking for entries that are original and inventive

6.    The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 25th May and they will join Nicola Bonn at London Zoo on Friday 27th May to name as part of the official opening ceremony

7.    Winners must be available to attend London Zoo on Friday 27th May between 6am-9am (exact times will be confirmed). If they are un-able to attend then another entry will be selected


8.    The winner can chose between the two different types of holiday, For Adults or for families. (as shown in prizes below)  

Eligibility:
9.Entrants must be over 18 years old
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
10.The winner and their family or friends must be able to travel to London Zoo on the 27th May.  The prize does not include travel or accommodation – this is the responsibility of the winner
11. Winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday.  Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country.  The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation.  Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.”

Prize:
The entrant will choose 1 holiday. They will choose between the adult and family holiday packages 

For adults...
Discover the Cape (AZR) – 4 x over 18’s, to enter entrants must be over 18.

1.    The prize is for 4 adults to travel on Exodus’ Discover the Cape South Africa trip (Trip code: AZR). To view the trips full itinerary, see http://www.exodus.co.uk/holidays/azr/overview. The trip includes international return flights, all accommodation and all breakfasts. The cost of optional activities, any airport taxes, departure tax and travel insurance will be covered by Global radio.
2.    Dates of departure are subject to availability. 

For families...
Cape Crusade Family Adventure (FAC) 2 x adults over 18 and 2 x children, to enter winner must be over 18.
