The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio's general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here apply to the competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 5th July 2010 until Friday 16th July
The "Radio Stations involved are the 2 stations in the Heart network - Heart London & Heart West Midlands
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1. Details of the on air Competition (Heart London / West Midlands breakfast) 5th July 2010 until 16th July
1.1 To enter the competition an entrant must phone as soon as they hear the cue to call of ‘Madonna’s Holiday’. Telephone calls & texts will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air. The first randomly selected player with the correct answers to 3 questions will be the winner…and questions incorrect the next randomly selected caller will be brought to air to complete the questions. If they get to question 3 correctly they will win the holiday. **(this will repeat with a new randomly selected caller until we have a winner)

Holiday must be booked by 20 August 2010
The prize comprises of one villa or apartment for 7 nights
All flights must be purchased for all travelling passengers through James Villas. James Villas will cover flights to a value, between £150 and £400pp, for two passengers dependant on the destination.
If the cost of the return flights comes to more than the contribution, the winner must pay the difference
Winners will be offered at least one villa in the relevant destination and offered a selection of departure dates to choose from
All villas and flights are subject to availability
Prizes are given out on a first come first served basis and the villa list will not be updated
At the time of booking, if the winner wishes to choose a different departure day to those offered, any difference between the highest sale price of the villa weeks offered for the prize and the sale price of the preferred villa week must be paid by the winner
The prize excludes car hire and travel insurance
All spending money must be provided by the competition winner
No purchase necessary to enter. The prize is open to UK residents aged 21 years and over, except employees of James Villa Holidays, Global radio or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Algarve Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 11 September 2010, 16 September 2010, 18 September 2010, 23 September 2010, 25 September 2010, 30 September 2010, 2 October 2010, 7 October 2010, 9 October 2010 or 16 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £175pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £175pp, the winner must pay the difference
Andalucia Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 28 August 2010, 4 September 2010, 18 September 2010, 25 September 2010, 2 October 2010, 9 October 2010 or 16 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £150pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £150pp, the winner must pay the difference
Costa Blanca Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 28 August 2010, 4 September 2010, 18 September 2010, 25 September 2010, 2 October 2010, 9 October 2010 or 16 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £150pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £150pp, the winner must pay the difference
Crete Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 31 August 2010, 7 September 2010, 14 September 2010, 21 September 2010, 28 September 2010, 5 October 2010, 12 October 2010 or 19 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £200pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £200pp, the winner must pay the difference
Fuerteventura Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 1 September 2010, 8 September 2010, 22 September 2010, 29 September 2010, 13 October 2010, 20 October 2010, 27 October 2010, 17 November 2010, 1 December 2010, 8 December 2010, 15 December 2010, 30 October 2010, 6 November 2010, 13 November 2010, 27 November 2010, 4 December 2010 or 11 December 2010
James Villas will contribute £250 for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £250pp, the winner must pay the difference
Ibiza Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 29 August 2010, 12 September 2010, 19 September 2010, 26 September 2010, 3 October 2010, 10 October 2010 or 17 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £175pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £175pp, the winner must pay the difference
Mallorca Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 31 August 2010, 14 September 2010, 18 September 2010, 21 September 2010, 25 September 2010, 28 September 2010, 2 October 2010, 5 October 2010, 9 October 2010, 12 October 2010, 16 October 2010, 19 October 2010 or 23 October 2010

Menorca Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 12 September 2010, 17 September 2010, 19 September 2010, 24 September 2010, 26 September 2010, 3 October 2010, 10 October 2010, 15 October 2010, 17 October 2010 or 22 October 2010.
James Villas will contribute £150pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £150pp, the winner must pay the difference
Tuscany Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 8 September 2010, 15 September 2010, 22 September 2010, 25 September 2010, 29 September 2010, 6 October 2010, 9 October 2010, 13 October 2010, 16 October 2010 0r 20 October 2010.
James Villas will contribute £150pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £150pp, the winner must pay the difference
Florida Villa:
The property is a 4 bedroom Disney Area Villa. The holiday must depart between 1 September 2010 and 31 November 2010, excluding departures between 21 October and 27 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £400pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £400pp, the winner must pay the difference
Aprodite Hills Leisure Resort CYPRUS:
The holiday is in a 2 bedroom Theseus village apartment and must depart between 1 September 2010 and 31 November 2010, excluding departures between 21 October and 27 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £200pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £200pp, the winner must pay the difference
Regency Country Club Leisure Resort in Tenerife:
The holiday is in Regency ‘AS1P’ or ‘AS2P’ must depart between 1 September 2010 and 31 November 2010, excluding departures between 21 October and 27 October 2010

Regency Country Club Leisure Resort in Tenerife:
The holiday is in Regency ‘AS1P’ or ‘AS2P’ must depart between 1 September 2010 and 31 November 2010, excluding departures between 21 October and 27 October 2010

The holiday is in ‘Monte Claro 99’ and must depart between 18 September 2010 and 15 October 2010 or 30 October 2010 and 17 December 2010.

Soulliac Leisure resort, Dordogne, France:
The holiday is in ‘Lot’ and must depart between 1 September 2010 and 30 September 2010.
James Villas will contribute £200pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £200pp, the winner must pay the difference
Dubrovnik Sun Gardens, Dalmatia:
The holiday is in a 2-bedroom apartment and must depart between 1 September 2010 and 15 October 2010

Reunion Leisure Resort, Florida:
This is to a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom BOJ fully serviced apartment and must depart between 1 September 2010 and 31 November 2010, excluding departures between 21 October and 27 October 2010
James Villas will contribute £400pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £400pp, the winner must pay the difference
Aegean Coast villa:
The holiday must depart on either 30 August 2010, 6 September 2010, 20 September 2010, 27 September 2010, 4 October 2010, 11 October 2010 or 18 October 2010.
James Villas will contribute £250pp for flights, for two passengers. If the cost of the return flights comes to more than £250pp, the winner must pay the difference
Mallorca Villa:
The holiday must depart on either 31 August 2010, 14 September 2010, 18 September 2010, 21 September 2010, 25 September 2010, 28 September 2010, 2 October 2010, 5 October 2010, 9 October 2010, 12 October 2010, 16 October 2010, 19 October 2010 or 23 October 2010.
