Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a sexual assault on a teenage girl in Milton Keynes.

The incident happened in an alleyway next to the Co-op in Church Street, Wolverton, between 9.25pm and 9.35pm on Monday August 22nd.

The victim, a 14-year-old girl, asked a man to buy her cigarettes and he told her to go round the corner.

The victim ran off.

PC Suzi Downing, who is investigating the incident, said: “I am keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who saw the girl running away afterwards. She was extremely distressed and would have passed the Co-op and The New Queen Victoria pub.”

The offender is an Asian man, between 5ft 5ins and 5ft 6ins, 40 to 50 years old, with a large build, short hair, and a small black goatee beard. He was wearing a black padded jacket and walked off towards Radcliffe Street after the incident.
