Lohan leaves jail

Lindsay Lohan has been released from prison after serving just 13 days of her 90-day sentence.

The star served less than two weeks of her sentence at Lynwood Correctional Facility in California.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, told TMZ that Miss Lohan was released at 1.35am and it appears she managed to avoid the hordes of camera crews and papparazi.

She was taken directly to the UCLA Medical Center to begin her rehab treatment.

Lohan has been locked up since July 20th. With reductions for good behavior and a program to relieve jail crowding, Lohan served 13 days of a 90-day sentence ordered by Beverly Hills Judge Marsha Revel.

Lohan has completed an alcohol education program, but was found in violation of probation because she did not attend classes regularly.
