Driver Charged After Speed Gun Jammer Found

A 68-year-old man has been charged with obstructing police and speeding.

The charges relate to an incident which happened on Sunday, October 17, during speed checks on the A47 at Acle, where road policing officers were unable to lock the speed of a vehicle which was subsequently stopped and found to be fitted with a laser jamming device.

Joseph Annis from Park Meadows in Lowestoft, will appear before Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on November 3.
