Gt Yarmouth: Two Plead Guilty To Murder

A teenaged girl and a man have admitted a murder charge in court.

The body of the 44-year-old Derek Blake was discovered at an address in St Nicholas Road in Great Yarmouth on Thursday 24 May.

42-year-old Andrew Brown and 18-year-old Helen Cooke, both of St Nicholas Road in Yarmouth, were charged with murder on Sunday 27 May. They appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court and were remanded in custody.

At today's plea and case management hearing at Norwich Crown Court, they both pleaded guilty to murder. They will be sentenced on a date to be fixed.

Another man is due to appear in court charged with murder.
