We're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding''.
The winning numbers on that date were 7, 11, 37, 38, 42 and 44 and the bonus ball was 2.
The ticket-holder has until 5:30 pm on Thursday 28 June 2012 to claim their prize.
