22-year-old Latvian factory worker Jurijs Ostrovskis admitted killing Vladimir Adamavitch at Euston Road in Yarmouth in January.
He'd stabbed him after they'd had an argument.
At Norwich crown Court he was sentenced to life in prison and will have to serve a mimum of 11 years.
