Man Dies In Road Accident

Northants Police are appealing for information following a single-vehicle road traffic collision in the south of the county in which a man died.

At around 7.45pm last night (Tuesday), a blue Vauxhall Combo was travelling on an unclassified road from Overthorpe in the general direction of Warkworth.

The vehicle left the road just prior to a disused railway bridge and was in collision with two trees.

The driver - a 32-year-old man from Banbury - was pronounced dead at the scene.
