Heart's Holiday Heroes - Terms & Conditions

RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at heart.co.uk) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Holiday Heroes competition (the “Competition") which will run on Heart North & Mid Wales from 18th March until 29th March 2024.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
Each day, listeners will be prompted to enter as instructed by the presenter. Text lines will be open for 10 minutes from the time the competition round is launched on air. On the closure of the text lines a winner will be selected at random. The winner will be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the random entrant does not pick up the phone after two attempts, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
Each day the selected entrants will will win ONE of the prizes below chosen at random.
Eligibility
Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
Entrants must live or work within one of the following postcodes: CH, LL, SY
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize
Winners will receive ONE of the following prizes, selected at random. All prizes are valid until 30th April 2024 unless otherwise specified:
- Manorafan Farm Park: The Great Easter EGGsperience. Family ticket for four. Event runs from March 23rd until April 1st and farm admission is included.
- Talyllyn Railway: Family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children.
- Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway. Family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children on their Mountain Spirit service.
- Greenwood Family Park. Family bundle ticket for 4 people.
- Zip World, Conwy. A family pass for 4 people on all adventures except soft play. Terms and conditions here.
- Welsh Mountain Zoo. Family ticket for 4. Includes a meal and drink for each guest at the onsite Safari Restaurant.
- Venue Cymru. 4 tickets to see 'Andy & the Oddsocks - the Are You Ready to Rock Tour' on Sunday 7th April at 3pm.
- Gulliver’s World, Warrington, courtesy of Voel Coaches. Family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children which will include return coach travel from selected pick up points across North Wales and entry into the park. Winner can choose one of the following day trips: Thurs 30th May, Sat 22nd June, Tues 23rd July, Tues 20th August.
- Coronation Street Experience, Manchester. 2 adult tickets and 2 under-16 tickets. Winners will need to book onto a tour online using voucher codes that will be provided. Due to filming, tours are only available at weekends. Valid until 18th March 2025. Terms and conditions here.
All prizes are subject to availability.
Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
