Peterborough: Body Of Missing Mum Found
The body of missing Peterborough mum Vitalija Baliutaviciene has been found in Poland.
Police in Poland contacted Cambridgeshire Police on Monday following the discovery.
DNA testing has taken place and confirmed the body is that of 29 year old Vitalija Baliutaviciene.
Police have told Heart a team of officers is heading to Poland and will be working with the Polish authorities to continue enquiries and carry out further examinations.
Vitalija had not been seen since leaving her home on Burmer Road, New England on the morning of Friday the 12th of August.
Vitalija's family have been told and are being kept up to date about the investigation.
A 46 year old man has been charged with the kidnap and murder of Vitalija.
